ORA has one student employee. We have been able to increase what the student worker duties include.

We will continue to look for ways to increase the duties of the student workers and hire a second one if necessary.

ORA will look for ways to develop and deploy new systems and processes to automate operations.

ORA will develop new automated processes to simplify business processing.

Evaluate operations to find ways to move from paper-based operations to automated processes.

With Jim Gross leaving this has been slowed, but is stilli n process.

Action

Report Automation

We will continue to work with the new Financial Analysis staff to develop automated reports.

Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement ORA has worked to establish new trainings and reporting models. Increased knowledge on the part of the departments and PIs is especially beneficial to the operations of ORA.
