Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

* To provide students with information about the events, programs, and activities, a Woodlands Center "BINGO" was started during Welcome Week and "Scavenger Hunt" at the Transfer Orientation. This encouraged students to walk around the building and find the offices that provide student assistance and programs.
* The student survey was re-tooled and is going to continue to be revised to accurately measure and capture student satisfaction rates.
* A classroom survey that is separate from the annual student survey was designed and implemented that directly measured classroom technology satisfaction. This is going to continue to be utilized each semester with revisions made as required.
* The Woodlands Center Executive Director spoke with the Director of Aramark and shared healthier food options that were available.
* The Woodlands Center Executive Director spoke with the Director of Aramark about extending the hours of operation at the P.O.D.
* During Welcome Week, a table was set out to offer sign-up opportunities for students interested in participating in student  organizations. One new student organization currently being developed is a Transfer Student Organization at TWC.
* The Woodlands Center Executive Director met with the Honors College to plan how this could be implemented at TWC.
* The Woodlands Center Transfer Admissions Counselor is working closely with Lone Star College's Transfer Student Center to build stronger working relationships with TWC and its future students.
* The Woodlands Center has a full-time General Academic Advisor as well as a full-time Career Services Counselor starting this fall semester. These should each help develop more student opportunities.

* Work has started on developing a Transfer Student Center in The Woodlands Center building. This is going to continue to be explored and developed.
* The development of a Woodlands Center Transfer Student Organization is underway. This organization is going to continue to be developed this year.
