    Action
    Maintain Focus On SPA Reporting
The Center's efforts to support SPA reporting have been successful.  The Center will develop a long-range calendar to support programs' abilities to prepare for and respond to SPA reporting efforts.  The Center will also continue to work with the final two programs, which are housed outside of the College of Education, to finalize SPA reports.  These programs are quality programs which have not engaged in SPA reporting processes.  The College will work with these programs to engage in a SPA reporting effort.

    Action
    Maintain Focus On SPA Reporting
The Center has maintained an effective system for supporting SPA reporting efforts.  The Center will develop a long-range calendar to support SP reporting efforts.  The Center will also focus on the final 2 program lacking national recognition.  These two programs are outside of the College of Education and have not engaged in SPA reporting efforts, which are optional for these programs.  The College and Center will work to support all SPA reporitng efforts.

    Action
    Website Marketing
The Center for Assessment and Accreditation website was updated in light of recent accreditor changes and requests.  This website revision was reviewed favorably by memers of the CAEP accreditation board.  The Center staff will refer faculty and staff to the website in public speaking opportunities to advance hit statistics.

    Action
    Teacher Work Sample Improvements
Three significant actions have been enacted.  First, faculty have revised the teacher works sample handbook which guides participants through the TWS process.  Faculty hope these revisions will improve the students' abilities to respond to the prompts in the TWS.  Second, the rubrics for reviewing teh TWS were revised by a faculty committee supporting TWS efforts.  Finally, the TWS support day, a day long workshop for candidates in preparing their TWS submission, was revised based upon feedback from previous participants.  The session was broken up into smaller, rotating sessions.  Participants at the 2014 event indicate the format was much more engaging and supportive of their submission in the TWS.
