Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

At the end of every session, all teachers will use an instrument called end of the session findings/recommendations to evaluate the efficacy of the syllabus, and the relevance of the materials and teaching to the syllabus. Teachers will implement these 'upgrades' in the next session courses. IN addition, target objectives will be measured by student language proficiencies through exit testing, project completions, in class tasks/assignments, supplemental online tasks/ activities, papers, and student feedback. Teachers will engage in professional development, whether through external symposiums, conferences or workshops, as well as internal training or mentoring. Courses will be reviewed where content and relevance will be measured through student achievement of language proficiencies.

Plan for continuous improvement The ELI has undergone many changes, including the hiring of a new director. The overall plan is to improve quality of instruction while also increasing student enrollment. The ELI goals are built on these two foundations
