Availability Results
From September 2013 - June 2014, the avarage employee availability for the Custodial/Grounds Services department was 85.33%. This is just below the APPA average for 2012-2013 of 85.6%.

From September 2013 through August 2014, the average employee availability for Custodial Services is 84.7% and 88% for Grounds Services. For Custodial, this is just below the APPA average of 85.6%. For Grounds, the results are just above the APPA average.

Implementation Of New Policy
Through our employee availability tracking it became apparent that employees were scheduling vacation useage during times when their services were needed the most. A new internal policy will be developed that will require all employees to schedule vacation time when it best suites the the departments work load.
