Measure the number of training classes that we can move over to online/electronic testing for faculty and staff. 100% of all procurement card refresher trainings will be available online with 75% of those trainings expected to be completed.

Refresher Trainings Completed
100% of all refresher courses required for delegates of the departmental procurement cards were completed through Talent Management for Fiscal Year 2013. This resulted in an increase of total dollars spent to $5,891,289.00 and total transactions made to 22,454.

50% of all users of departmental procurement cards as well as 100% of all delegates for procurement cards will be added to the electronic refresher course for the next fiscal year.

Actual Employee Trainings
At the end of fiscal year 2013 we measured the number of staff attending at least two staff development sessions either online, on campus or off campus and we had missed our goal by just a small margin. We had a total of 13 staff out of the 19 full time staff in Procurement and Business Services (Procurement, Property and Stores) attend at least two classes that pertain to their day to day job duties which resulted in 68.42% of our staff attending the recommended number of trainings.
