Annual Report
While the curriculum committees have completed the curriculum reviews as planned, no formal single annual report came from the committees.   This should be addressed in the 2013-14 cycle.

Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement The department has developed and approved a formal policy on the Evaluation of tenured and tenure track faculty.  2013/14 is the first year of implementation.

The graduate curriculum committee has produced the Preliminary authority request for the doctoral program in Digital Forensic Science.   The committee is now in the process of developing a full proposal.

Plan for continuous improvement All graduate programs are scheduled for periodic review in 2013/14. The curriculum committee will be preparing the documentation for those reviews and conducting the first formal evaluation of those programs in Fall 2013.

The strategic planning process should be part of the early department meeting discussions in order to ensure that 2014/15 strategic planning is a faculty led process.

The department has not yet established a development plan to support new faculty to develop their teaching skills.   This should be addressed in the next cycle.
