Through the use of data tracking, we will run reports through Hobsons to determine the percentage of students (of applicable age) who apply and subsequently enroll after they attend a visitor center presentation and tour. The end goal is to have a conversion rate of greater than or equal to 50%.
Result
Good Yield
We are very pleased with the conversion rate of individual students for both regular tours and our campus preview days. This proves that the programing is successful. Group student conversion rates are still a work in progress.

We are restructuring our group tour model to more closely resemble individual tours. Our goal is to increase the conversion rate of group students.

Students who visit SHSU will come away with all their questions answered and will leave having had a great experience.

Survey
The Visitor Center will survey visitors after they go on the tour to determine if students' needs and wants are being met and are returning an overall satisfaction rate of good or great at least 90% of the time.

We are happy that "Overall Tour Satisfaction" shows students selecting the mark of good or great 97% of the time.
