Documentation will be produced by Grounds Maintenance Staff for an assessment of necessary landscape improvement across the entire campus. Plans will be developed to execute these improvements. This documentation will take the form of a Prioritized List of Top Ten Campus Areas to Re-Landscape. This list will be completed by a department established deadline.

Supervisory staff will conduct bi-monthly inspections of the cleanliness of all educational buildings and score them on a scale of 0-100 percent.

100% Of Building Inspections Will Achieve A Score Of 80% Or Above
Criteria to achieve objective will be a score of 80% or better on 100% of the buildings inspected. A team of custodial supervisors will use inspection forms they have adopted to measure the quality of custodial care in each building on a bi-monthly basis.

For the month of August 2011, 100% of the buildings scored 80% or better on the bi-monthly inspection. For the year, building inspections have continued to increase. Final statistics show that 83% of building scored 80% or better with an overall average score of 87% for all buildings.
