Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement The Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction had no students enrolled for the 2010-2011 academic year.  This made accomplishing any of the goals very difficult.  So, for the 2011-2012 academic year, recruitment will be critical.

The Curriculum cycle begins in July with the Department Curriculum Committee.  Once the MA in Teaching (MAT) proposal is approved by the department, the paperwork goes to the COE Curriculum Committee, then the University, and, finally to the Coordinating Board.
