Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement This event has been done long enough that not much tweaking is needed each year.  We are considering moving the band to the other side of the stage so that they do not block the tunnel where the processional enters or moving the stage back a bit to give the band more space.  The president did not have comments for improvement following the event.  For faculty participation, the committee will directly email faculty members, talk to deans to promote, post fliers in departmental workrooms, and invite more participation from staff council.
