Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement As indicated in the actions for the 2009-2010, our intentions are to move forward with the goals we have in place. In regard to recruitment of candidates, our efforts will be ongoing concentrating on contacts with Education Services Center (ESC) Regions and school districts within the state of Texas. We accepted the challenge of enrolling 250 new students during Summer and Fall Terms 2010 and are well on the way to achieving that number. Relating to faculty recruitment, we successfully filled our tenure-track position. With respect to cooperative teaching and learning with the College of Education (COE) we have agreed upon the courses for the planned program in collaboration with the Department of Educational Leadership. Finally, our faculty continues with its high rate of productivity through contributions to the field in publication, presentations, and professional development.
