Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement The Communication Studies faculty has a commitment to ongoing programs of scholarly research and publication while at the same time maintaining high levels of effectiveness in the classroom.  Additionally, the faculty is committed to an ongoing presence at regional, national, and especially international professional organization venues.  However, changes in patterns of enrollment in the university call for anticipating ways of doing things that have previously not been considered, including moving many classes to online form.  During the coming year, the faculty will be implementing these online plans.
