Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement The Bearkat Learning Community Program is designed to create a supportive cohort that should produce more productive students as measured by GPA, hours completed, and retention rates. Toward that end the assessment process compared these metrics for members of the learning community to nonmembers. Furthermore, the same comparisons were computed for minority students in and out of the learning community. Data revealed that the program was successful on all metrics suggesting that the program is effective. The data was reviewed by members of the Bearkat Learning Community Advisory Board. It was decided that the programs have been successful and no changes are appropriate at this time.
