Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement The revision of the Superintendency certification course sequence and implementation has produced an improved program offerins as well as results on the state TExES examination. The greatest challenge for the program is to determine the course of action in response to the demand for an online superintendent's certification program that includes a rigorous internship focused on the realities of the position. The future of the program is tied to improving the sequence offerings for the doctoral students while at the same time providing cohort continuity for students seeking only certification. Considerable attention will be given to improved marketing techniques and recruitement efforts designed to imcrease the size of the program.
