The majority of students were very complimentary of the program.
Action
Student Satisfaction
The students were very satisfied with the event. There were several comments made about making NSC mandatory for new students, but the committee and administration have chosen not to move in that direction at this time. When events are mandatory, the attitude going in is often very poor. The administration made some suggestions that have been implemented for NSC 2009 - new room setup, Class of 2013 pins, and several small adjustments to the program. Although we did not keep the same speaker, Byron Garrett will remain in our list of speakers who might return.
