Action
FLC Vs. Non-Learning Community Students
Although the retention rate for FLC students is higher than non-learning community students, the GPA is not higher.  We will continue to search for ways to get the GPA up, but are very aware that the FLC students tend to be at more risk than the non-learning community students.  We will also consider looking at the persistence rate of our FLC students.

Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement Although the FLC students were retained as a higher rate than the non-learning community students, we need to consider looking at a longitundinal study of persistence and cumulative GPA.
