The student's GPA in ART 260 and ART 370.
It is expected that 90% of the BA students will receive a 2.0 (C) average or better.

The Art Department will monitor the GPA of BA students in Art History classes.
Objective
Foundation Skills
BA students will learn the basic skills and techniques associated with Drawing, 2 Dimensional and 3 Dimensional Design.

GPA In Foundation Courses
The Student's GPA in ART 161, 163, 265, and 271.
Criterion
2.0 Average In Foundations
It is expected that 90% of the BA students will attain at least a 2.0 (C) average in the foundation courses.

Art Faculty will monitor and document the GPA of BA students in foundation courses.
Objective
Advanced Techniques
The BA student will learn advanced studio techniques and have the ability to express concepts in 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional form.

The BA student's GPA in upper level (300-400 numbered Art courses) studio courses.
Criterion
2.0 Average In Upper Level Art Courses
It is expected that 90% of BA students will have a GPA of 2.0 or higher in Upper Level Art courses.
