Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement The Financial Aid module of the Banner software was partially implemented in Spring 2009. The full implementation process will be completed in phases throughout the 2009-2010 year and report season. The new software will assist the Financial Aid Office remain compliant with federal, state and local regulations that govern aid from application through reporting of expenditures. Procedures are being documented and disseminated as new processes are put in place. In-house training sessions occur regularly to ensure job performance by all staff members and customer service to students and parents. As new software pieces are implemented, the vendor consultants are brought on campus to assist in accuracy and completeness of implementation
