Although each department within COBA did review their curriculum, the organization and documentation of the process was less than ideal. We need to improve this process for 2009-2010.


Update to previous cycle's plan for continuous improvement

Plan for continuous improvement COBA spends money on inputs such as salaries, travel, computers, software, and data. The two primary outputs are quality teaching and published research. Measuring the inputs is easier than measuring the outputs. We need to develop productivity measures that allow us to estimate the marginal benefit of the various inputs.
