Assist incoming first-year students and their families transition into the Sam Houston State University culture and community.

Of those students who responded, the majority will have a positive comments and provide helpful feedback.
Students were satisfied overall with New Student Convocation.
Dinner after event will be better coordinated. More chairs will be on coliseum floor. Will not depend on student entertainment beforehand.
