Lifelong Learning Skills
Create an environment that allows students to foster the development of leadership, healthy lifestyles, personal growth, and appreciation for diversity

Objective
CAS Assesment Areas And Quantative Measures
Recreational Sports uses 7 areas developed by the office of the VPSS in conjunction with CAS learning outcomnes and quantative indicators to monitor,asses, review, and take action on.

Performance Indicators
Raw numerical data reviewed 4 times per year to compare current to goal numerical data for selected deparmental indicators

Review of Indicators as established by Recreational Sports in conjunction with the Vice President of Student Sevices office.

Indicator
CAS Assesment Areas
Monthly Reports framed by the CAS Standards and submitted each month. Each Area of Recreational Sports submits individual reports and these are compiled into a bound document held in the Rec. Sports Office (individual reports are availabe in the Recreational Sports office). Examples are available below.

Monthly reports are reveiwed to monitor progress toward established goals and work dynamic of each area.

Finding
Monthly Report Review
Review of monthly reports shows areas to progressing towards goals as established by the department, division and university.

Action
Indicator Action
The indicators covered the quantitative review for each area. By opening the associated document it is highly apparent that no Action is needed as Recreational Sports meets almost all established goals and in areas not met significant growth was still demonstrated. Review will be ongoing, but currently NO ACTION PLANNED

Reports demonstrate activitity and goal completion exceeding expectation therefore these will continue to be monitored but no action is needed at this point.
