Training sessions were held and staff began using DARS as their primary degree audit tool. However, we discovered that we were not ready to take PACE down just yet and have made a new target date of next year sometime to take PACE down.

By revamping the web page, it is expected that people will be more pleased with the appearance and find it easier to navigate.

Expectation of Less transferring of calls
Our staff are better equipped to handle calls within our own office without having to transfer to a different part of the office. We also developed a list serv for our office that when we respond to an inquiry, we respond to all and everyone in the office gets to see that answer to the question, thereby adding to our cross training experience.

Develop a program to track/survey the target group of "resigning students" to see why they are resigning and if it is something that we can help with.
