Post Baccalaureate Alternate Route To Certification

Using enrollment data, the number of participants in the post bac initial certification progrgam from the fall 2005 will increase by 3% by the fall 2006.

There will be a 3% increase in the number of participants in the post baccalaureate program.

There were 216 candidates seeking certification in 2005-2006. In 2006-2007 there were 279 candidates representing a growth of 63 candidates which is 22.6% growth.

The only records on candidates completing the program were from the summer of 2007. Based on those records 27 candidates left the program through eith completion or terminatin for grades. Twenty-four successfully completed certification for an 88.9% completion rate.

Continue current methods of advertising program and develop strategies to inprove our current methods.

Provide more counseling with candidates as they enter and travel through the program to avoid course failures.
