During the fall, 2006 one Research Forum was held and in the spring, 2007 one Research Forum was held. All forums had more than 10 attendees

Will collaborate with the Department of Economics and Business Analysis and other departments in the College of Business to increase the number of Research Forums.

Working Papers
Faculty research or pedagogical papers will be published in hard copy and cited by title and abstract on the Center website.
Criterion
Working paper submissions
At least five COBA faculty authored papers focusing on either research or instructional development issues will be published in hard copy and listed on the Center website.

Working Paper Series
During the fall of 2006 one Working Paper was published and in the spring, 2007 four Working Papers were published.

The JBS is a quality peer reviewed journal.
Criterion
Journal of Business Strategies
An acceptance rate of 20-30 percent will be achieved. The acceptance rate, calculated by number of submissions in relation to number of submissions, will indicate relative interest in the journal.

During the 2006-2007 academic year 26 papers were submitted for publication. Of these 12 were initially deemed inappropriate and 14 were sent out for review. Of the 14 reviewed 8 were accepted for publication, which gave the Journal an acceptance rate of 30%.
